If you update the cover in your book, you may find that Kindle for PC still shows the old cover. To allow the updated cover to show in Kindle for PC, to delete the book in Kindle for PC (right-click, Delete This Book), then go to this folder in Windows Explorer:
C:\Users\(your user name)\AppData\Local\Amazon\Kindle\Cache\covers
Note that AppData may be hidden by default if you navigate one folder at a time, but you can type it into the address bar.
Delete all the .jpg files in this folder, and launch the Kindle book again. It should now show the latest cover.
If you want to confirm to yourself that it's a Kindle for PC bug and not a Jutoh bug or some other error, temporarily enable Epub generation in your Kindle configuration. Recompile, and then use Book | Examine (F6) to look through the images in your compiled book. If the old cover is not there, you have confirmed that it's nothing to do with Jutoh or your Jutoh project.
Also, you can view your Kindle file with Kindle Previewer, which doesn't have this bug.
