KB0249: How do I centre an image in Microsoft Word or other word processor, for import into Jutoh?

To centre an image in your word processor so that it imports correctly into Jutoh, make sure the image position is set to In Line With Text (Word) or the anchor setting is As Character (LibreOffice/OpenOffice). This specifies that the image will be treated in the same way as a character in the text as far as layout is concerned, rather than floating or with text wrapping around it which might make the image jump around the text or align incorrectly after import.

Ensure the paragraph containing the image is centred, and has no margins. If necessary, create a new style with these properties, for example called "Centred Picture", and also an appropriate amount of space above and below the image.
