In the Styles page of the formatting palette, normally Jutoh shows all the named styles available in the current project style sheet, plus the automatic styles for the current document.
You can tell Jutoh to only display the styles used in the current project, by right-clicking over the list of styles (control-clicking on Mac) or clicking on the More button, and then clicking Options.
You can choose to display All styles, Styles in this document, or Styles in this project. You can also check Also show favourites to include those styles that have been designated as favourites.
Note that you will never see the automatic styles used in other documents (for example, Normal + Bold), since automatic styles are allocated on a per-document basis.
To mark a style as a favourite, use the menu command View | Customise Shortcuts and search for a style; then edit the style and mark it as a favourite. A quicker method is to right-click over the style in the Styles list and click Edit Shortcut. This takes you to the style's shortcut entry directly, where you can check Favourite.
