In some circumstances, Apple Books (iBooks) for iOS shows only blank pages for your book and subsequently viewed books. The table of contents doesn't work either. Apple Books for macOS has also been known to exhibit similar behaviour.
This can happen if your NCX file was invalid, for example there was an entry in your NavMap that didn't point to a valid section in your project. Jutoh should omit such items from version 2.66 on. It can also happen when repeatedly viewing different versions of an Epub file.
If this happens, make sure there are no error messages or warnings in your project, and check the validity of the Epub file with EpubCheck; then reboot your device, delete your original book from the Apple Books library, and upload your book again.
