KB0308: Can I undo my style edits, and other project properties edits?

Any edits to project properties, including changes to style sheets, configurations, project string tables, covers, and metadata, can be undone via Edit | Undo Project Properties and reapplied with Edit | Redo Project Properties. You can also undo document creation, deletion and move operations this way.

This excludes changes to individual document properties, as these are included in the regular command history for most document types, but includes document creation, deletion, and move operations.

Edits to individual book sections and fixed layout page documents and their properties are separate from the project properties command history and can be undone and redone via the regular Edit | Undo and Edit | Redo commands.

The undo history is reset when the project is closed and reopened. Jutoh optimizes the command history to only store undo information for aspects that have changed. However, if you feel that you only need the last editing operation to be undoable, in return for less memory usage, you can go to Preferences/Advanced and under Options, clear Unlimited project properties undo.
