Why is Kindle Previewer not showing my book with enhanced typesetting?
If you preview your Kindle files in Kindle Previewer 3, KP3 will use enhanced typesetting if possible. Unfortunately, there are bugs in KP3's table implementation at the time of writing (March 2018).
If you have a dark cell background in a table, you may see cell dividers even if they are the same colour as the cell background. To remove visible dividers between cells in KP3, you need to (a) remove the left and right border specifications from the cells, and (b) set the background colour for the whole table (via Set in the table properties dialog) and not just for the cells.
If you don't have an overall table border, either using cells or the border in the table's box properties, then a 100% width is completely ignored and the table is shrunken and centred.
There seems no way to remove small left and right margins in a table with 100% width.
Floating tables don't seem to work properly, causing the following text to be displayed below the table instead of to the side of the table.
It's not known if these problems occur when books are downloaded from Amazon to devices, or whether they will be fixed soon.
