What fonts can I use in my book?
Why are fonts not working when viewed on an actual device?
It may be tempting to format a lengthy quotation in a different font or italics, but specific fonts may not be available on the target device (Jutoh doesn't distinguish between fonts by default) and italics can be hard to read.
To make such a block of text stand out, I recommend using several named paragraph styles to indent the text and reduce the font size. Several styles are needed because you will probably want to add extra space above and below the block, so the first and last paragraphs will need extra spacing.
Add these paragraph styles (you can choose your own names if you prefer):
Quotation - set the font size to 10pt with a left and right margin of about 140 tenths of a mm.
Quotation Start - set the base style to Quotation, and the space-before to 40.
Quotation End - set the base style to Quotation, and space-after to 40.
Quotation Single - set the base style to Quotation, and space-before to 40, and space-after to 40.
Now you can apply Quotation Start to the first paragraph of your quotation, Quotation to middle paragraphs, and Quotation End to the end paragraph. If you have only one paragraph in your quotation, you can apply Quotation Single. The block will have space before and after the quotation to separate it from the rest of the test, and the indentation and smaller text size will also make it stand out.
