If you are using automatic heading numbering in Jutoh, you may need some headings to be numbered, and some not.
Within Jutoh, you can use, say, "Heading 1" for numbered headings, and create a style called "Heading 1 Unnumbered" for headings that should not be numbered.
ODT (and LibreOffice and similar word processors) depend on the outline level to generate automatic numbering. So, ensure that your "Heading 1 Unnumbered" style has its level set to (none).
In your advanced TOC, don't forget to specify all the styles that should be used to create the TOC. So instead of searching for just "Heading 1", specify "Heading 1|Heading 1 Unnumbered" or just "Heading 1*".
