For some reason, Kindle for iOS on an iPhone or iPad deals with table formatting differently from other Kindle apps and devices. Although it can handle absolute cell width dimensions, such as mm, it ignores percentage widths. There doesn't seem to be a workaround for this.
Kindle for iOS also ignores table widths. However, for Kindle configurations, Jutoh 2.34 and above translates the width attribute into the min-width attribute (while retaining the width attribute), and Kindle for iOS respects the min-width attribute. So you can specify 100% width to have your table fit the page width. Note that if you already have a table min-width set, Jutoh won't overwrite the existing min-width attribute.
