KB0365: Why does the first item link to the top of the page in my custom index, such as illustration index?

After building a custom index or table, such as an illustration index or table of figures, you may find that the first item links to the top of the section instead of the first item.

To fix this, clear Optimize links in the table of contents properties (Project Properties/Indexes/Contents/Edit Properties). This option is to help prevent the top of the page being obscured on Kindle, but is not appropriate for custom tables of contents.
