There are two places where you can control the names that Jutoh uses for HTML documents within an Epub or Kindle file.
The File name field in the document properties;
the Section file name option in each configuration.
By default, document's File name is blank, unless filled in from importing an Epub file. If the file name is blank, Jutoh will generate a suitable name.
By default, the configuration option Section file name is set to section-%SECTIONNUMBER%, and the extension will be added according to the HTML file extension setting in the project properties (Options page).
The following keywords can be used in Section file name:
%SECTIONNUMBER%: replaced with a unique number that Jutoh generates for the document.
%SECTIONNAME%: replaced with the name specified in the document's title.
%SECTIONFILENAME%: replaced with the name specified in the document's File name field.
%PROJECTFILENAME%: replaced with the project's file name (without the full path or extension).
%PROJECTTITLE%: replaced with the project's title.
Spaces in the file name will be replaced by underscores.
If a %SECTIONFILENAME% has been specified but a document does not have a file name, Jutoh will create a unique name. So, if you only specify %SECTIONFILENAME%, then Jutoh will use the document file where available, and generate a name otherwise.
