You may encounter an error like this:
ERROR (Jutoh): could not resolve URL doc:19,auto_bookmark_toc_1 in document Table of Contents. The target document was not found.
This probably means that the referenced document was deleted, leaving the original link pointing to an invalid document.
If the error is related to a table of contents, and you are using an advanced table of contents, then try rebuilding it with the menu command Format | Book | Build Table of Contents. Then compile again.
If that doesn't fix it, go to the original document mentioned in the error, find the link, click on it, and fix the link so it points to a valid document.
If the link was actually a cross-reference field, ensure that the referenced item (such as a heading) has a bookmark or reference near it, since otherwise Jutoh will not be able to find it.
If the URL was associated with an image, you can remove the link by selecting the image using the arrow keys and the shift key (or just clicking Locate in the error details). Then use Format | Insert | Links | URL, and in the dialog that appears, click Remove.
