Why do I need to split my book into sections?
If your whole book is being edited in Jutoh as one document, instead of split into chapters, Jutoh's default table of contents will show only the title of that one document.
There are several things you can do.
Split your book into multiple documents within your Jutoh project, such as chapters, title page, acknowledgements, etc. This will allow Jutoh to add more TOC entries. For more information, see Why do I need to split my book into sections?
Or, use an advanced table of contents via the menu command Format | Book | Build Table of Contents. This will extract headings from your content, and so it doesn't need the book to be split into multiple documents. For more information, see Building a table of contents in the Jutoh manual.
Or, switch off the table of contents by clearing the Generate table of contents configuration option. This is not recommended since there will not be a logical table of contents in your book, and any link to Contents in the viewer will be disabled.
